Tales of Suspense 52 1st Black Widow Raw G+ to G/VG $550 SOLD Book is complete. Small spine split on the bottom about a 1/4 inch. Corner missing bottom right. Cover attached at both staples as is the centerfold. Just screams 3.0 to me. Price significantly lower than the price of a 3.0 slabbed. Not pressed. Spine seems a little fragile. Opens rather easy, like it’s been opened many times. Just overall a well loved copy.

Silver Surfer 1 CGC 4.5 SS C/OW Stan Lee and Joe Sinnott $1200 SOLD This is a scary sleeper book. Any hints of Surfer appearances on-screen and Surfer stuff will go off the charts. This one is double signed by Stan the Man and Joe Sinnott. Last sale for an unsigned was $890. Don’t mind hanging onto this one.

Journey into Mystery 89 CGC 5.5 OW/W $700 SOLD Heat behind this book seems real. Last sale in grade at $700. But a $500 sale for a 4.5 last month underpins it. To me, the classic Thor cover. How I wish this was the cover of 83...

Yeah, honestly. In that moment she could have asked me to spread her ashes on the peaks of Everest and this summer they would have found my frozen corpse on the side of Everest clutching her urn. I guess I should be grateful she said the Blue Ridge.

Thank You so much guys. My Mom was a pretty amazing person. Tough as nails, wise and funny. Indulge me one quick story... My Mom was a very matter of fact about her diagnosis. (Much to my discomfort.) We spent a lot of time together the last couple weeks of her life. One day, she told me her wishes after he death. Here's how that conversation went: Mom: Michael, I want to be cremated when I die. Me: I know Mom. I'll make sure it's done. Mom: Well, this summer I want you to take what's left of me, climb up to the top of the blue ridge where I was born and spread my ashes. Me: Mom, ummmm... You know I'm not really built for climbing. (I'm 6'1" and 240 lbs...) Mom: Yeah, well, you'll be less fat when you get down. Two birds with one stone. I couldn't help but laugh.

It's funny that you say that, because I quoted a Marvel movie a few times over the last few weeks that rang true for me. "Part of the Journey is the end".

Werewolf by Night CGC 7.0 OW/W Mark Jewelers Variant $2200 SOLD This ones red hot. And last 6.5 sold for $1975. This would be the highest recorded in GPA. Not been pressed. I slabbed it a few years ago.

Journey into Mystery 85 CGC 6.0 WHITE 1st Loki $3000 SOLD Cant say enough about this book. Red Hot book with the show around the corner. Very tough in high grade. Even tougher with white pages. 3rd appearance of Thor. Last sale of a 6.0 was $2640 a couple months ago. Last sale of a 6.5 was $3600.
