Fantastic Four 2 raw, but would be a universal .5 if slabbed. $425 SOLD Is a remaindered copy I believe as the top 1/3 of front and back cover is torn off. 1st couple pages have some cuts but book is complete. 1st appearance of the skrulls! Was my keeper copy until I upgraded.

Journey into Mystery CGC 7.0 OW $225 SOLD Magneto vs Thor. Great cover! Who knew Uru was magnetic?

Fantastic Four 18 CGC 2.0 OW/W No Longer Available 1st Superskrulls! With secret invasion coming this book is as close to a sure thing as you can get. No sales for a few months. Only sale near this grade this year was a 4.0 for $350

Hawkman 4 CGC 4.0 White pages $500 SOLD 1st Zatanna. Hot book. Subbed by me. Not pressed. Sales all over the board. Last sale for this grade was $505 in December.

Probably one of the hottest books around. And a lot of the underlying details that cause prices to go nuts. Great cover? Check. Hard to find in high grade? Check. (Squarebounds are always hard.). 1st appearance? Check. Recent record breaking sale? Check. I wish I had 20 of em.

Silver Surfer 3 CGC 3.5 OW/W $350 SOLD Going a little strong on this one as I think it has a lot of room to grow. Again, not pressed, submitted by me. The big bad of the WandaVision and the best cover of the Silver Surfer run. Just an awesome cover!

Strange Tales 114 CGC 7.5 OW $450 SOLD 1st appearance of Captain America in the silver age. (Not really, because it was the acrobat in disguise...) Another I submitted. Was not pressed. Ive had it for a decade, so probably hasn't been. Sales all over the place on this one too. No 7.5s sold since last July. But last 7.0 sold for $415 in December.

Avengers 8 CGC 3.5 OW/W $410 SOLD 1st non-retconned Kang. (Rama-Tut in FF19 has been retconned to be Kang.) The big bad for marvel phase 4 I believe. Book has been heating up for over a year. I submitted this one and it has not been pressed. Sales all over the place. 90-day for a 3.0 is $387. Whereas 3.0 is only $375. 4.0 is a about $470.
