There would only be 2 listed if they had different grades. If both copies were NM he would only list it once. Sounds reasonable

Could be erroneous notes on slab or there are 2. My guess is an old label notation is more likely legit if issue versus new slab, but that is only my opinion.

There have been 2 private sales of tec 31s that have been 80k+ But a 4.0 at 30k would be surprising. Yeah I see a 35k offer on the cc 4.0 but it is not a sale so until one sells a 4.0 is a 30k book max, imo

I was high bidder on the 7.5 at 16K, I thought it closed, then I turned back to see that a cut bid was in, and by the time I got back to the computer to bid again, it did close... someone got a deal on that one
