  1. From what I have observed at conventions, boards, bidding etc I would think 5k to be a low number, but 10k could be low too But absolutely impossible to narrow down IMO
  2. No doubt if you are not happy with a seller , we as buyers have a right to not patron them (thumbs u
  3. I believe you are overseas correct? Makes it hard to view books in person so I would recommend only buying cgc graded books that detail pq or use a trusted proxy in the US to inspect pq before they ship book to you Unfortunately there are many unscrupulous sellers out there that will take advantage
  4. FIXED! Gator worshiping GA collectors just reading your response were lining up in panic to jump from windows at Wall Street brokerage houses! I know, you were just keeping them on their toes! (thumbs u hehe
  5. GA has had its day, and the SA actually have been declining in price of late (maybe due to increase in census numbers?)... I remember a few years ago someone broke and sold the highest census set on pedigree, and over the last few years , I have seen many of the non pressed/re subs sell at less
  6. From your signature line, looks like you are collecting Silver Age Flash. Silver Age Flash is cool. I love most of the covers. How much upward potential does it have? I would say not a ton, but the covers are really cool. movie ...movie might change that
  7. lots of great titles. All star, flash, sensation, wonder woman, comic calvacade etc
  8. Now that type question I'll answer as no conflict of interest I pee coke zero (thumbs u
  9. A-can I buy a bunch of them first, before price goes up B- see A Need I go on buhbuhbuhbuh but - you have answered this before......what's different? Would it help change your mind to know I drink more Coke Zero than you do? Probably 3 litres per day (sad, I know - but i do love the stuff) I can pretty much guarantee that NO one drinks more coke zero a day than me ...3 L is child's play: I wasn't aware I had answered before....I typically don't answer questions that directly impact my buying and selling (like the 8.0 R tec 168 value question a few pages back)... generically, I will answer anything...but if it specifically has bias to me, I refrain for obvious reasons (thumbs u
  10. Just polished off a coke zero a minute ago
  11. A-can I buy a bunch of them first, before price goes up B- see A Need I go on
  12. Many many books do sell. Others....well
  13. I think folks would be surprised how many books flip auction to auction. Easier to distinguish pedigrees but the billy books are par for the course Hey Rick, I wouldn't be surprised, actually I find it fun to see how me books have made a second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, ... appearance in auctions. From my observation, I would say CLINK followed by Pedigree have the most repeat appearances. I wonder why that is \

  15. asm 1 is frequently bought and sold in marketplace but af15 probably has more "action"

  17. I believe borock already commented on this in another thread, that a buyer speculated on the press and resub potential... possibly a few went unpaid for
  18. Great books ! but later silver age in a golden age thread
  19. All the comics on our racks get bagged and boarded before they are even put out for sale
  20. I sold all my tot , saga, danger , etc all at a discounted from cover price. I know what they are selling for on the secondary market but I feel no need to squeeze out every penny. I give away to my customers the 1:50,1:100,1:200 variants etc. Heck I just bought a set of tot 1-2 for $25 and will be selling to my customer for cover less his sub discount rate. For some it is about the hobby and not always about the dollar
  21. They left a hole on the top in case you decided to put in the light. LEDs are usually available at Ikea. Do you guys have a link to these cases? I think I might need one. david, I have 2 of them in my store
  22. I think it was a 7.0 the #5 is the Mile High Monk copy (slight resto) now owned by our own skypinkblu I have both of them;)
