  1. well, I can tell you that there are at least 5 folks interested in it...
  2. why, yes you could, but that doesn't change the fact that a leopard doesn't change his spots without extensive cosmetic surgery
  3. glad this worked out... parker, I didn't realize you needed the 24, so bob is coming through for you!
  4. I had somehow ended up with 3 copies of this book... partly because the indicia threw me off (it lists as a 2/2 , but is a 2/1)... I had a copy already, bought a copy from harley in SD and had a copy from the little hoard of Centaurs I picked up from a friend recently... glad one went to a good home!
  5. I have a few others Joe, just give me a call...don't think I have any more Aman 13's though...
  6. little dude and I had a great time with Bob... he braved torrential weather (well, ok, it wasn't "that" torrential) and even more impressive he braved a few hours with little dude had fun looking and talking comics... the funny books are "fun" but the friendships this hobby produces are ever better (thumbs u

  8. well alright, this is a good one... the MF 52 is rare as heck unrestored, but I still go with a mod restored tec 27...just can't kill my namesake (Thumbs u
  9. you know I am just funnin' with you... this is one of the best threads evah!
  10. I think that MF just sold for 11,500 in Chicago this year
  11. I also suspect that the marvel 1 would clear $25K today, and the fantastic 3 would still be at sub $15K
  12. the Fantastic 3 is "fantastic", but not sure it warrants the price, other than it is a great cover... Marvel 1 is far more "important" even in lower condition... I choose M1
  13. he is indeed...all of us former machines are happy to pass the torch to such a worthy individual!
  14. cool roy...that book has "made the rounds", so hopefully it can rest where it belongs (thumbs u
