Fantastic Four Sequel Removed From Fox's Release Schedule
http://comicbook.com/2015/11/24/fantastic-four-sequel-removed-from-foxs-release-schedule/

Very nice.

If that's the case I'm amazed MOS ended up as good as it did.Wow!1) Jon Peters should be kept far away from any future comic book movies. Unfortunately, he is still involved in some way with Superman (executive producer) and even Sandman (??). He may even still own the film rights to Superman after purchasing these rights from Warner without its knowledge.

If those are the books I wouldn't unless I knew I could get a nice 9-ish grade.I'm thinking about sending my entire Tick collection to have them graded, but some of the feed back from Buddy can you spare a grade are recommending that this may not be a good idea. What are your thoughts on this?

Said it better then I ever could.uhhh....What did I just watch?I was wondering the same thing. It doesn't appear as though they're keeping a lot of the more religious mythology aspects based on that trailer. I mean... maybe they're going to surprise the non-comic audience with it, but still... I think we saw Herr Starr, and a glance of Tulip, and maybe Cassidy in the jail cell? But umm... what about Genesis? Pretty sure swerving the audience with angels/demons/Genesis/etc might not really be the best way to gain audience.
I like the chances of the series being successful if they don't show the religious parts of the comic. They can still have a good plot without it.
Uh...what? The 'religious parts' are the core of the story. Angel/Devil offspring. Search for God. Destroying Angel seeking vengeance. If it doesn't have these elements, what's the point? Why call it 'Preacher'? Does anyone know how much Garth Ennis has to do with the production/writing? Hopefully he has a key role such as Kirkman's on TWD.

Seriously?bring back Kate Mulgrew. -

Unless it's a complete reboot of the universe with the original enterprise crew, I'm not interested. Invested a lot of time with Enterprise and got burned so I'm not interested in any more spin-off "crews". Maybe this time they could give us a Enterprise that looks more practical than pretty.

It's the CW what did you expect?
Yeah, Iris is the worst part of this show. She's such a bad actor. Similar to Laurel Lance on Arrow.Iris....now her MOM?How many weaksauce characters are they going to pile on?
Enough already.
She wouldn't be all that bad if they used her sparingly, but the heartbroken Barry stuff is getting old and the neverending drama that surrounds Iris is just over the top unnecessary.
More superhero stuff, less General Hospital/Days of Our Lives nonsense FTW!

They must have a lot of confidence in this show.

Clearly you haven't seen Hamlet 2.Any kind of spin-off would be.. blasphemous (and I know that sounds like fanboy whining, because it kinda is). Why, just because Alan Moore is an elitist prig? Who cares WHAT he thinks--it's DC's property and his opinion no longer matters. I get where he's coming from, but he doesn't give a tenth of a mess about any relationship any of his fans have created with these characters at this point. Plenty of others do.
I respect Moore's ability, but not his arrogance. Yes, you can't translate all of the innovations to the comic medium he made in "Watchmen" to other media, and yes, any attempt to do so will be inferior to "Watchmen" because the odds that a Snyder or anyone else would similarly try to innovate the translated medium anywhere close to the extent to which he did is nil to zero. Who cares? Mostly Alan Moore and not many others. Do we really miss and return to re-experience his innovations to panel-based art that much? No--the vast majority of us re-experience Watchmen because of the story and the characters. You can still tell good stories with these characters, and while it won't be Alan Moore's Watchmen, it's still possible to do them well. He's not the only writer capable of penning an anti-superhero story.
Nothing to do with Alan Moore. Watchmen is a complete work with no loose ends. You can't spin off the characters because they aren't 'superheroes' that can go off on further adventures. Their arcs are complete.
You wouldn't spin off Hamlet would you? (Oh wait... I did like Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead...)

Which issues did you send off?I just moved up to Shipped/Safe status! Yup! driving myself nuts checking my status every day, but what the heck, it's fun! I got a 9.4 on one and a .0 on the other. Not quite sure what .0 is but maybe the world's lowest score? -
Anybody here see this?
-
Only because the shows are so good.well ya gotta give to AS viewers... they're loyal! -
Hope you went the 'fast-track' route.Does anyone know how long it takes to get a comic slabbed after it's been graded? -
I really don't want to sound ungrateful, but What the Hell took so long? Jebus, it's a good thing this show is so good or else I wouldn't tune in.
