  1. Alright boys and girls, here's one that is (and probably will remain) the highest and only census copy. I'm particularly proud of this one, you just don't see many Mexican editions with OW/W pages, they're usually Cream to OW.
  2. I'm still waiting on my one Fast Track sub from NYCC.
  3. How did "Burn in Hell" get past the Comics Code Authority? I wouldn't expect to see that on a main stream DC title during that period. it was 1977, they stopped caring by then, Green Lantern 85 had Speedy shooting up in 1971 I have no recollection of this!! Here you go. GL85Link O, that Speedy. [font:Book Antiqua]I wonder if he moves with the times and doing E and Bath Salts now...?[/font] Nah... he's old school.
  4. I have always liked Warlock! Very nice books.... and getting them all in a lot is dare I say it "lucky"!

  6. Thanks! I'll keep looking around. I'm sure you'll post here if/when someone does. I'll keep checking back. Someone will probably announce it by the end of January. I'm sure everyone's pretty tired out after this con season and wants to take a breather before even thinking about next year's schedule. I'm planning on subing books for ECCC too but I'm probably looking at closer to 20.
  7. I agree. I find it odd though that they didn't finish the run since it only went to issue #15.
  8. Got these in today. I already had #9 & 11 so I just need three more to finish the set.
  9. I'm from Russia, and I can assure you that russian version of Spawn doesn't exist in print. Spider-Man is published here, but only the Ultimate one. No ASM keys or something like that. You sir are going to be bombarded with PM questions.
  10. In no particular order: 1) If you look through this thread you'll see that dollar signs are and what books can be resold for is one of the furthest things on the mind of anyone who regularly posts in it. 2) Variant, variation, edition all mean the same thing. The choice of words is semantic. 3) As stated some of these were printed at the same time as the originals (like pence copies) or at a later date ranging anywhere from weeks to years. Either way they're all different versions of US books. 4) If you didn't see a variant, clearly you didn't look closely at the Superamigos with the altered Adams art. Not only was the artwork changed but the book was printed in a digest size format. If that doesn't constitute a variant I don't know what does.
  11. Here's some Canadian books I just got in. (thumbs u
  12. I'll be posting some SS books and sketches today starting between 9:00 and 10:00 am CST. (thumbs u Link
  13. Polvora grande'. Muy grande! Puro sólido! "Polvora" (Gun Powder) was a sub-series for The Rifleman under the umbrella of the Aventura comic that encompassed Western stories of Bonanza, Maverick, Rex Allen, Cheyene, Sergeant Preston, Maverick, Colt .45, Gun for hire, and others like that. While this is interesting and informative it is far less entertaining than your usual posts.
  14. Unfortunatly, it's not NM. There a very tiny tears (1-2mm) under Punisher foot and a hairline crease at upper front cover. But it's the best copy I ever saw I thought mine was a solid 7, it came back 6.5, I should have pressed it hu... lol ..... is there even one graded over 8?? I think mine have a chance for 8.0, but I will never get it slabbed or pressed I'm with you on this. Well... partially. I do sub foreign books for SS but pressing holds no interest for me not even when I was still buying US editions.
  15. You need to disclose your source on these, they're gorgeous. (thumbs u
