    Hi All- I am new to CGC and recently sent my first submission in. I have a couple of questions as I am not familiar with the process. I know Modern comic book turnarounds are pretty good right now but I am a little lost when checking the "my submissions" status. My books arrived at CGC on 7/18/2023 and there is no update yet, only that my shipment was received and they are safe in their facility. My books are going to CCS first for pressing. Is that why I am not seeing any status update? Or does it actually take a while for your package to be opened and processed? I know people go crazy checking their status but I would have thought the books would have been opened by now and the process started. Apologies as I am sure this has been beaten to death in these forums but I really don't understand how this process works and when I can expect to see a status update. Thanks for any clarity you can provide, I really appreciate how great the comic community is. Cheers.
