both are great books, top of the heap. if I had to choose, give me the KC Action #1. Tec #27 - the first Bat will always be the book for me. Action 1 for me because it's a bit older.

I see less spine stress on the CL copy. Also, the bottom right corner stands out which knock this book down to an 8.0. Of course, Rich's copy has better PQ and that's a plus.

According to trmoore54, this ranks 37th on his list of Spidey's 1-100 to obtain in high grade. Two copies exist in 9.8 and eight in 9.6. This is the best 9.6 obtainable. I'm so excited to score this copy.
