Huge Kudos to Kris Moore for getting these signatures for me. Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory is my favorite movie and when I saw the cast signing at the Chiller show I was super excited. I bought a reproduction poster but it was horrible quality so I splurged on an original theatrical release poster.

Good luck tomorrow and congrats!

Very cool Adam! I love that Mikey!

Well, I'm not the winner either and it went for $10,000 grand less than I thought. Double Loser.
Please tell me the PROUD owner is a Boardie. Come out, come out - wherever you are....
Maybe it was Andre, campued1010, I know he loves this book.

I was sadly the underbidder on this one
Maxed out early and really thought I had a shot until the end. Agonized on a bump and wilted.

Awesome Superman!

I can't wait to see it when it's finished, Greg. I know you have some great stuff to put in it.
+1 Congrats!

I think wives are happy whenever comics are hidden
I agree. I will take it though. I am hoping she will at least let me hang up my autographed movies posters in the living room of the basement.

Nice base Bryan! How big is the room itself? Just the size of the indent in the wall? Mine's about that size
Thanks. The room itself is just the size of the indent in the wall which is 13' 8" long and 8' 4" deep.
I felt lucky that my wife allowed me to have this area to begin with, and even more lucky that she agreed to let me have it hidden behind a bookcase. I figured that she would think it was a stupid idea, but to my surprise she yes.

This is not looking like much yet but the the "room" with the ladder in it will be my new comic/art room. It will be hidden behind a moving bookshelf so it will be like a "secret" room. I am hoping that it will turn out well.

superman!
Exactly. Hulk was as mad as a hornet by this time in the fight, and couldn't budge Superman. If Supes wanted he could have squashed Hulk like a little green bug

Congrats Adam. I am glad to see you get that 5th print in 9.8.

I put some books in the mail today on their way to CGC. When they come back, I'll have every spot in the Volume 1 registry filled except for the #2 Counterfeit.

That looks amazing!

What an amazing collection Michael!

Sweet Bill! That is awesome having Stan sign your work. Did he comment on it?

Yeah that was the last Venom sketch cover in my collection that I wanted to part with. I am very happy that it ended up with Michael.
The only Venom sketch cover that I have and will keep since it has Superman and done by my buddy Bill.

Glad you bought it knowing it was restored. Would of been a bummer buying it raw and thinking it was a 9.8 and then being dissapointed.
Is this one tough to find in 9.8 or have you just started looking for it?

I think back in the day they did a sketch opp with him here..am I right?
I wouldn't know I registered only 2 month ago. I remember I got this sketch on ebay from a seller who once I signed up here turn out to be a boardie Shout-out to Bryan!
Hey Michael!
Great sketches!!

Saw this the other day on eBay and thought it was pretty cool. I love the Gremlins movie and figured it would be a cool piece to have.

I would say you have got a whole lot of talent oakman. Those are great!

The image looks good to me. I am sure I will be watching it with my son.
