  1. thats the shady part about them!!.. they say they charge your card when it goes into grading status, get this.. to reduce the time it takes to ship your order.. LMAO yeah right! my 20 card economy order was charged 7/23 ..almost a MONTH ago.. shady!!!
  2. 20 economy cards delivered 4/9, "received" 6/21.. 89 days and counting (been stuck in G/E/I for about a month now) and no I did not mislabel anything.. p.s. on 4/9 their own posted TAT on economy was 61 days.. yeah youre right, i have nothing to complain about here..smh
  3. it seems the only customers getting service are the bulk'ers.. ridiculous!
  4. I wonder how many people have disputed their credit card charges. Tough spot to be in, you want your cards back obviously but you also dont want to be charged for something youre not getting. Seems like they've got us over a barrel. Horribly run company imo, from submission to customer service to order fulfilment.. a to z they get an F in my book!
  5. how many days did it take to get your cards back?
  6. Greed pure and simple. It looks like they are in an even worse predicament than PSA was before they suspended service. Im sure it looked great on paper to them, but if you dont have the staff or capability to pull it off then thats a recipe for disaster and thats what we are seeing here.. DISASTER!
  7. so your focus is on updating the online order form to get more business rather than processing the orders that have already been submitted 5 months ago? yeah that makes sense..not
  8. all they have to do is look at tcdb.com
  9. oh great after sitting in G/E/I for a month, there's yet another stage after that one?! ay Dios mio!
  10. I think they are in the same predicament as PSA.. totally overwhelmed with submissions, yet they keep taking more and digging a deeper hole. Only a matter of time until they do what PSA did and suspend subs until they get caught up, but meanwhile they have our money.. smh

    POP Report?

i agree a pop report would be nice BUT if it means taking time away from grading, encapsulating and shipping, then it can wait!
  12. im sensing a little hostility .. are you ok? try loosening your panties a little
  13. with all due respect, you are missing the point. its because the company a) is not adhering to their own advertised TAT - not even close, and b) customer service does not seem all that genuine with their responses to pissed off customers. thats a recipe for disaster. they are going down the very same rabbit hole PSA went down by not admitting to the backlog or even facing it as reality and are pushing the limits as far as possible to cash in before they finally have to suspend service.. so no its not insane
  14. you'd better pack a lunch, it's going to be a while
  15. "or shutting down like PSA finally did" i think thats inevitable at this point.. seems like these grading companies are all driven by profit and greed more than customer service. They push it as far as they can before they have to put things on hold. pretty crappy business model if you ask me
  16. You would think that they would look as far as PSA to get a clue but apparently they are going down the very same rabbit hole. At least PSA suspended submissions to catch up (little too little too late).. this industry needs a company that knows how to manage extreme volume. even SGC seems to have slowed down now.
  17. They are 3 months behind in opening packages now! Holy cardboard avalanche Batman!!
  18. um excuse me but thats not what it says on the services and fees page: Turnaround times reflect the estimated number of working days to complete a submission delivered to our facility today. Turnaround times are estimates only and are NOT guaranteed. Due to high submission volumes, there may be a delay in opening incoming packages.
  19. Are you seriously saying that the TAT no longer initiates when the package is delivered (as per USPS tracking) to your facility? I really hope I read that wrong!
  20. I asked customer service about that and they said they changed it so that you will only see the cards and the grades once it has shipped.
