Me too I made a post on here asking if people can get their orders back with the cards waiting for the thicker holders ungraded and it never even got approved

Getting charged doesn't make it any closer unfortunately, I paid on I believe April 12th and turnaround time was originally stated on their website as soon as the package got there the time would start not from when it was entered

I'm not sure the tracker actually updates properly,? Like Ive said mine has been at scheduled for grading for probably pushing a month and 3 weeks now and atleast a month with the subgrades showing

Yeah I've been at scheduled for grading with subgrades popped for about a month now and I paid the order a month and a half ago, what I'm infinitely frustrated is with the lack of transparency.

This is pretty much the response everyone gets when asking " it's in the encapsulation room" or "heading for encapsulation"

So wierd everything is all over the place right now

Which is fine, I just want my order back then with that card ungraded instead of waiting on holders I paid a month and a half ago

My order is held up and has been for awhile over 1 single heritage chrome card needing a bigger holder apparently

CSG currently has two holder sizes: the standard CSG holder and a slightly thicker version for odd sizes. CSG will soon introduce the CSG Thick Holder, available in a range of thicknesses, for cards that are thicker than the standard size. An announcement will be made as soon as the CSG Thick Holder ready. That is the response I got, my thickest card is a select silver i figured that would fall under slightly thicker?

Crazy , mine were checked in around March 15th I paid in April and I haven't heard anything about my order it's still scheduled for grading

Before the past 3 weeks they always responded quickly , now silence that people are mad and saying how they paid a month or more ago. It's a ponzi scheme taking money from bulk to pay for bigger holders that are being used for quicker turnaround orders. Then eventually they will take the money from more bulk order people who will be in our situation now to pay for our overdue orders holders and so on and so forth

Good point I never even thought of the membership fee, just collecting it providing poor service so no one wants to send mess to them and they pocket the fees

At this point it's all nonsense I am having the same issue people need to start reporting to the better business bureau
