i know im going against standards but i like some good news from time to time , but that being said turn around times lowering means a few things 1 they are getting through logs and getting cards graded and also people arent sending in as many cards to grade
-
i see turn around times for buk have finallt gone down
-
they are lying 100% i sent in a elements metal tom bardy and was thicker then a optic card and they slabbed the elements it in a normal slab but help my optic card for a "thicker slab" . this comapny has done nothing but lie and upcharge on everything and now they want 5 bucks more for a thicker slab what a joke of a company but im sure they new all along they were gonna charge for the thicker slabs and were waiting on them and lying to customers and once they got enough thicker slabs in they make a BS annoucment stating its 5 bucks more for 1 and im sure they gonna charge that 5 bucks for each cards thats been sitting there waiting on thicker slabs for months . Personally i dont believe or trust anything CSG says anymore
-
f this company what a joke they only care about the dollar in there pocket , to many upcharges
-
anything for a buck , what a joke of a company . next they gonna charge for 10 bucks for the ink on the lable oh wait they do when you want subgrades . ppl are pissed in groups about the charge as they should be . A slab is a slab and shouldnt matter what size it is . Csg needs to get there sh*t together and stop with the bs and lies and upcharges , deliver the product you said you would without the extra fee's that is nothing but 100% profit for Csg but then again they showed buy the charge they just want you money ... CGS is a joke , Csg customer service is a joke , the turn around times are a joke and the extra charges are a joke .

we have a video of all cards subbed , and it looks like it was dropped on the top right corner , im very picky about what i send to get graded and its not the condition i sent it to them . Lucky it wasnt anything of high value it was just a card ive had for almost 30 years , I have 2 other bulk orders as well i should get back between november and march of next year based on the turn around times when they were submitted

i think its funny yall select what questions you want to answer , when i asked yall about a sub i did and i get crickets , shady business

Has anyone received back a CSG Bulk order yet?

My March 19th bulk order came this week with and without subgrades , they held back 4 card for "thicker slabs" its a lie , 1 card they slabbed in a reg slab was a 2020 elements metal card and it was thicker then the optice they held back that needs a "thicker slab " . 2 other cards they held were die cuts and one was a sp holo that needs a "thicker" slab and 1 card they told me they would grade when i spoke to them over the phone and they didnt grade it cause it wasnt in the system and it also said pending and sent it back damaged . Over all i like what i got and the slabs look great , turn around time not the best but hope that improves big time , they need to stop using the "thicker" slab excuse as well . now lets see when my april bulk goes into grading. -
and you notice csg doesnt reply to the threads ,espically when ppl are talking negitive , i called them before i even sent in a card to make sure they would grade it and after talking to 2 ppl and being on hold for 10 mins they said yes but i got the bait and switch , as they 1 didnt grade it 2 said it wasnt in inventory and sent it back pending so they told me one thing got my money and did the oppsite and on top of that they damaged the top right corner of the card . I even posted the question and CSG has ignored it
-
its a lie , i sent in a 2020 elements card (its a metal card ) and is way thicker then a standard and they slabbed it in a normal slab but my optic thats half the thickness is held back for a "thicker" slab.... its a lie

i was hoping you got a few but none wow -
i would dought many ppl subbed cards worth less then a dollar im thinking gma on pricing
-
micro fiber cloth works best
-
your correct , ill most likely never sub with csg again unless they get there stuff together , i finally got word some of my cards are coming back graded but some are waiting on the "thicker" slabs and none of them were thick cards (another csg lie and them cards are now being held hostage) , but in a few weeks psa should open back up and that should help with turn around times with csg as they will lose a lot of business back to psa and ill send the bulk of my cards to them (esp for selling as csg resale is around gma pricing ) and ill keep sending cards to sgc (hope they drop the price soon ) . I really wanted to see Csg a yop player in the business but first impressions say a lot to me and man i dont have a good one.

once psa opens back up ppl will go back to them and turn arounds with csg should get better -
and they say the turn around times starts when they get then in hand (bs) im weeks past the turn around time and they have been sitting in grading/qc for around 45 days ,maybe even 60 some at this point , if id of sent to sgc id of had them back 7-10 days later
-
sgc knows whats its doing cureently esp with turn around time , i wish they were a tad cheaper but ill take my cards back in 7 to 10 days vs 40 plus weeks (sub know now at bulk it will march or april before you geth them back smh) , once psa opens back up you will see turn around time get better as ppl will go back to them , csg to me has dropped the ball on many levels and i just want my cards back , been waiting since march19th
