    Howcum there's only one guideline for buyers and sellers have at least twelve? Seems to me that alot of problems could be avoided with a few more for buyers. Is it something the boardies could hash out, or does it have to be mandated from on high?

    True, i check the list before i deal with anybody in a buyer/seller capacity. Not only that, but many of the boardies do police the threads and post when some one is on it. By the same token, I have also seen things worked out before the list is even considered; and I've only been on here a short while.
