It is very difficult to find cards for sale without the data in the order form. It used to be there but not since the merger. Are there any plans to fix this issue?

    Thanks for the help

I know I can cross reference the order form to find cards but it is so much easier if this form is populated. This should not be a major tech update because the data is there. It only needs to be displayed. tks

My order was received as of this morning (probably just a few minutes after my previous post), so it only took 3 days from delivery to hitting their system. Since it's just a bulk and economy order I feel like that's pretty good. If you have an express order I'm guessing it is even faster if you mark your shipping box properly.

Good point, I also submitted a bulk and economy order and am prepping my next order. So, I track timelines closely. It was surprising to see the 10-20 business days before the order will reflect online and if that means the cards sit or are the cards processing but it takes 10-20 days to see online. Just asking. tks for responding.

I had cards delivered on Tuesday that aren't showing up as received yet either. My last submission was logged and received the day after it was delivered, so it's possible they are running a bit slower than usual due to the changes they've made recently.

I totally agree because my previous orders were quick to enter. I am also finding the search feature when entering cards is slow, almost to frustration. Probably lots of users and unexpected growth with their specials. IMO

    Hello @Cicnews4you,

Thank you for contacting us! Carrier tracking may indicate that your submission has been received at our office, however it can still take a short amount of time to reflect within our online submission tracking. All packages received move into an intake process where the contents are inventoried and compared against the submission form as validation before moving forward into the grading process. Should there be any discrepancy encountered with an item itself, a missing or extra item, or any other concern for that matter, our customer service team will reach out for clarification accordingly.

Please note, the intake process can take upwards of 10-20 business days before the order will reflect within online submission tracking. Thank you for your patience!

So, you are telling me then that the graded time published does not include initial processing? Is that right? I've never had it take this long but then maybe you are backlogged with the specials going on. tks

    Hello,

During to merger of the submission forms that happened this week, any submissions that had not been completed before the 11th were removed from custom accounts. This is because the new form is now live and we would not be able to transfer all the cards from the old submission form to the new one for processing. I am sorry for the inconvenience this may cause. We thank you for understanding.

Hello! This is an excellent question. You can submit two tiers on one submission form; however, due to the fact that they have two different turnaround times they will always have two different shipping fees. Once you are done entering one tier of cards, you will REVIEW CART and at the bottom of the cart you will see ADD ANOTHER SERVICE. You will use this to select the next tier of service to the submission form. Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Thank you.

Thanks for the quick response. Appreciated.

    Good Morning,

I reached out to the CSG grading team and was told the following in regard to your Roberto Clemente card:

The miscut is pretty standard and it's not bad enough to notate. Since centering is taken into account, it would be in the VG 3 grade range.

Thanks for your response.  It is appreciated.

recently grader values are very card specific  there's been plenty of times csg got more value then psa or sgc and vica versa, psa 10 for modern basketball destroys a csg gem mint but a csg 6 wilt chamberlin rookie just sold for 1500 more then a psa 6 wilt chamberlin rookie, its catching on csg are tough graders especially for high value vintage but csg isnt great for flipping moderns right now, Gem rates for csg arent bad if you know how to screen your cards I seen multiple csg reveals wit 80-90%  gem rates just gotta be meticulous and have a good eye

Personally, I went with CSG because they grade higher and I think it will pay off.  IMO
