  1. Well, that is disappointing...

I was looking forward to watching this.

Then again, I love King's books...

NOT a fan of King, or poor plotting in tv. But that's just my opinion, I'm still watching it just to take my frustrations out on the tv, you might like it. I did like the cow in the first episode, best part so far.

  2. Has anybody been watching "Under the Dome"? It is so laughably poorly written, I was embarrassed after telling everyone that one of my favorite comic writers was involved in it. Seriously, every plot point leaves me screaming at the tv. But then the source material is Stephen "What, me make sense?" King, so I guess I shouldn't be that surprised.

  3. Obviously they had to wait for the cover artist to put the final details on place before going to print :makepoint:

    :roflmao:

Well, he had to finish his history report for the 5th grade final exam. Have a heart.

    :sumo:

Don't worry, copies are still available straight from the source. Grab em while they are hot!! (Probably not the thread you would want to see your website traffic spike from. Ah well...)

  4. Thanks my bad on the question. Does anyone have a predictions what comic book tv series wont get picked up? For example like Sixth Gun. Was the premises weak enough to be rejected by the network?

If you think anyone here has the power to look into the minds of network executives and predict what gets made and what doesn't, you are going to be sorely disappointed. There is only one being that can do that, their Lord and master, Satan himself (and maybe Tom Cruise?).

  5. I think that was the point, a comic that can actually be in the hand of anyone interested. It will be interesting to see if there will be any interest once shops start sending back their extra copies.

*Edit: Or will they now that a 2nd print was announced?
