  1. Who said anything about being a humanitarian? Everything I posted relates to the Beck-Rubinstein representative/client relationship. It would be easy to say "F yourself Rubinstein, fix your own problems and find a new rep while you are at it." Spencer Beck didn't do that, and I reiterate, it says a lot about his character.
  2. The fact that Spencer Beck has taken on this challenging assignment tells me everything I need to know about him. Talk about bending over backwards for your clients. Let me be clear, nothing that Spencer is doing in any way exonerates Mr. Rubinstein and his dilatory behavior, but the way that Spencer is trying to take care of this is amazing. I hope Mr. Rubinstein knows what an amazing advisor/representative he has.
  3. I try not to use the word for the sole reason that it bothers some people. I still do it from time to time because for years I said it 50 times a day. To me it means the same as dummy, but I don't want to unintentionally offend anyone. I prefer to do it head on. and it shows that you're a good person deep down somewhere in your feet.
  4. Yup. I would rather have seen video of MCMiles pulling his arms off.

  7. Thanks bud. I am way more excited about the #2.
  8. About half of my C2E2 haul: Ann Rice Roman Dirge (Thank you Michael!!!) Jhonen Vasquez (These are my OO copies. The Squee is an easy 9.8, but I didn't have time to press it.) Tony Moore (Thanks JJ!!)
  9. I got these done at San Diego a couple of years ago.
  10. Nor are you on the site enough to have even a basic understanding of the selling rules. (thumbs u
  11. Like I am going to spend 500-600 on a book to get signed. Almost all of my Bronze SS keys are sharp 8.5-9.0 copies. Very pretty and no one getting too bent about my "ruining" high grade copies. You ruined that Boy Commandos.

  13. Hey Mel, Your book is awesome, and congrats. But there is a 9.6 of that book out there, so it doesn't meet the requirements for this thread. No big deal. Welcome to the Boards!
  14. Yeah, that really bothers some people, I know. I am the perfect person to have that happen to. I could not care less.
  15. My favorite non-Star Trek Sci-Fi show of all time. I might be done with this one, but I suspect i will crack it if some of the ladies show up together:
  16. Please keep me posted on how this works out for you.
