Boardie telerites has an OO TMNT #1 that came back CGC 9.8. It is breathtaking.

My mix is 1% awesome 99% ridiculous. You can get an SS CGC 9.6 with absolutely no risk for that kind of bread. A couple of NCBS on the back cover and you have yourself a raw 9.4 that is worth $75.

The one thing I remember about Peter is that he was always complaining that he could never find a nice FF #10 without a printer's crease. There was recently another occasion where a creator of a popular indy book doubled the number of UHG SS slabs. They're getting smarter, these darn creators. Tony Moore, Walking Dead #1 CGC SS 9.9's? Folks enjoy posting about how distasteful this conduct & that conduct in the hobby is to them. ~~~ EC's such as this one weren't about comeuppance; they were about chicks getting their heads axed off.
