Which end do youblow in? You hold it up by the spine, so that the pages dangle freely, then you pinch the front and back cover together and blow into the centerfold. You should hear a "zeeeeew" sound.

Just got the grade on my Hulk 1 after CPR, got a 0.5 bump. I'll post pics when it's in.
