    Hi! I sent an email 5 days ago inquiring about the charge on my credit card seeming high. I sent in two submissions ( One Bulk - One Economy spaced about 2 weeks apart - economy being last ) and I was charged what seems like double for the first submission (Bulk). I was also wondering if the 150$ sigin up bonus for Premium was applied ? Thanks for your time ! Submission and order numbers below ! Bulk - 4313261 CGC5774012263 Economy - 4319893 CGC6395215066 Also wanted to add that I noticed my bulk submission was “grading,encapsulation,imaging” on Friday ( Sept 8th ) and as of today (Sept 11th ) the status is set to “received”. Im sure this is just a glitch with the new website change over, just thought id ask! Thanks ! :)
