  1. One of the most iconic spidey covers. Those foil variants are super awesome
  2. Sweet hulk mags! Did these come from a recent show?
  3. Bought another batch of books from Barton. Smooth transaction as always.
  4. Long overdue for one of these--this is my official spot for feedback.
  5. Just got a beauty of a book from Tom--super smooth transaction from a great seller!
  6. Just got a great book from Chay--great seller, fast shipping, great communication the whole way through!
  7. Just got a beautiful high grade slab from Anthony in the mail. Great communication and just an all around great guy to do business with. Thanks Anthony!!
  8. Due to the cover tear I'd go with 4.0
  9. That picture is about 7 or 8 years old. All the mags are still mine (I never sell anything) and yes I still add to the collection.
  10. I had that book. I'm not sure I'd consider it a key. It's certainly pricey, but I attribute that mostly to it being scarce rather than being a key. I beg to differ. It was a new or improved origin for Vampirella. I wasn't considering the scarcity in high grade or price tag. Though if I would have to give my raw beauty a grade, it would be in that 9.2ish area. Which does make me a happy camper indeed. +1 the annual one is tough to find in high grade but it is important to the run of Vampi as it is her true origin. Oak--how long did it take you to hunt down a high grade copy? I see more issue 1s up for sale in high grade than the annual.
  11. I agree. I think a lot of collectors don't realize that these mags have great art by many many of the greats of the silver/Bronze Age. Where else can you get Colan, Ditko and Wood all in one issue? Not to mention Marcos, Wrightson, Kaluta -the list goes on.
  12. Those look like nice high grade copies. Those creepy yearbooks were tough for me to find in high grade. And that vampi annual is so underrated. It is her origin issue. I think it is just as key to have as issue 1. Congrats! You have some great reading ahead of you.
  13. Comics cards and collectibles is a great store with a good supply of back issues. It is outside of baltimore though--in Reisterstown
  14. WWBN 32 is a great bronze key, but I would go with marvel spotlight 2. Tough square bound book to find is 9.0 and better
  15. Fantastic pick up. These are hard to find in high grade period. Great find!
  16. Nice score Ed! That book is super tough in high grade. Took me three years to find a nice copy
  17. Just got my SDCC stuff and I couldn't be happier. Very secure packing and even threw in some extras! Great seller!
  18. Creepy 9 is wrightson's first published work anywhere, right? I'd consider this a key too
