    Hello, new to CGC and new process to authorize sigs. I understand that signed comics must ‘witnessed’ to be authentic. I have a number of signed books by various artists back in 92’ & 93’ San Diego Comic Con. Can I submit a signed book to an artist who is signing(pay whatever fees necessary) —to have them verify their own sig from the past? And achieve the CGC verification? Would Appreciate ur advice on this matter. Thanks Thank you,
