Jdlewis65 Posted December 10, 2023 Share Posted December 10, 2023 Hello, new to CGC and new process to authorize sigs. I understand that signed comics must ‘witnessed’ to be authentic. I have a number of signed books by various artists back in 92’ & 93’ San Diego Comic Con. Can I submit a signed book to an artist who is signing(pay whatever fees necessary) —to have them verify their own sig from the past? And achieve the CGC verification? In this case, the book would be signed again and witnessed by our team. The book would then receive a Green/Yellow label (seen below) to note the witnessed signature and the unwitnessed sharpie on the cover. I am sorry for the inconvenience.
