What happened to KOTOR II? (Haven't played either KOTOR) If you play them, and I suggest you do, you will see what I am talking about. The end of KOTOR II can only be described as a total cop-out and it ruined the entire game. There is also something about Obsidian games that they always seem rushed and unfinished. Even so, I played both multiple times.

Such an awesome game! I was kinda disappointed with New Vegas, kept running into game breaking glitches and had to start over. Only beat it once, maybe I should give it another try... That is more than I am willing to give it. Fallout 3 did have some issues with freezing but it was a far superior game to New Vegas. Story, game play, characters. Trust Obsidian to muck-up an awesome franchisee, just like with KOTOR II.

Oh it counts, sadly you will get a bunch or jokers who will say no because they are heavily invested in books they mistakenly think are the first appearance. Nice work on finding this one! I said somewhere in the Is Spider-man Superior thread that Marvel Previews 2 actually contains the first Superior Spidey. No one acknowledged my post at the time. I remember very distinctly picking it up and flipping through it. It came out one week before DD21 even if you count DD21 to contain Superior's first appearance. Even if you discount Marvel Previews 2, which was free, I think it's really Avenging Spidey 15.1 that's the first app. Anyway, a year from now Superior will be inferior and the title will be canceled. So what do you believe? If you said somewhere that the preview is the first then what changed your mind between now and then? I'll tell you this-go look on ebay and see how many of those previews you can track down. I found 1. The market is saturated with those other books you mentioned. The same thing is happening with Annihilation conquest 6. Issue one of Abnett's GOTG has blown up, saw one going for 60+ this weekend but you can't find a copy of Conquest 6 anywhere ( the true first appearance of the team that will appear in the film.) I'll put 100 on Ebay UK when I get to work tomorrow. Will that satisfy you, They're as rare as X-Force #1s. Came in packages of 25 and as a small shop we got 250 copies. You found 1 because no-one is interested I'll take them off your hands, I'll buy the whole lot despite the fact that your a fan of Superman. All going free to customers, another 50 went out today with mail order. Try your LCS, they're still available from Diamond. That is a hard book to judge. One LCS has stacks of them, another I stopped at was out of stock.

Sold a DD21 and Avenging Spider-man 15.1 this morning for $25 plus shipping.

I need to nominate press1forenglish for addition to the probation list. He agreed to purchase some books from me 12-03 in my Moderns sales thread. He has strung me along ever since promising payment without any follow through. Hate to do this, never had to nominate a buyer for non-payment.

Got mine just in time for X-mas. Pedigree says it has a shot at a 9.4, not so sure.

What about Batgirl 13 ? the guys working there were talking about how they were getting calls asking for it, so they were probably about to yank them off the shelves to triple the price on them. this wasn't one of my usual places, just stopped by to check it out as it has new ownership, all back issues are priced at the counter (which i can't stand because i don't think they even look at OPG, i think they go to ebay or myscomicshop to figure it out and come up with the highest figure possible no doubt)...a few comics had prices on them, there was a fair/good copy of Infinity Gauntlet 4 marked at $18!!!! and a Batman the Man Who Laughts (i assume 1st print) for $40. i dunno if those were the prices or whether they' still look them up. tons of back issues, but no way i am even going to bother pulling a stack for them to give me a jacked up price on. they will go out of business paying manhattan rents just like the prior shop that was there did. the irony is that the owner owns another store i frequent where EVERYTHING is priced up and i actually find some good deals. difference is, the location i was in today has 50X as many back issues (though many were junk), so I can see why they haven't attempted the daunting task of pricing everything. but he had stuff marked at $8 in one location that is in the dollar box at the other location! anyway, i'm probably not going back unless the owner i know is there. but anyway, other than roger's time machine (and i'm not thrilled with it there, but at least with roger there's negotiation and he has tough to find stuff) i have no patience with the "no prices" model. i understand they do this so that no hot book slips through the cracks, but why should i spend 2 hours going through 50 long boxes only to bring my stack up to the counter and pay top dollar for this junk? why should i do all this work for them? plus, i know when you express an interest in something, it automatically results in the price being higher. i've seen it at one of my other LCSes where i go through an unpriced newly acquired group of books and ask for a price on some issues...the price i get is inevitably higher than it would have been had he just priced it up on his own. just the other day I got a $20 quote on some book and said i'd pass as he wasn't willing to negotiate. 2 days later when he finally put a price on the book it was only $15. LCS by me did the same thing. I rooted through long boxes for hours the other day, nothing was priced other than cover. I get to the register with a stack of at least 50 books. Out comes the calculator and prices are all over the place. Told the owner to forget it and that his business practices are terrible. I'll never set foot in that store again.
