Think about gas prices.  More people drive during the summer, but do prices increase or decrease?  They increase because they know the demand will be there and they want to cash in as much as possible.  PR people spin it as  a way to help the environment so less people drive causing less pollution   But CGC is doing the same thing.  They know this is their bread and butter and the vast majority of their books are MA, so they up the prices.

No, especially if it was witnessed.  A partial sig is quite a ways off from the intent of a resto.

I want it to go the other way, just to ease my OCD.  9.0, 9.4, 9.8, 9.9, 10.  The result would be an absolute flood of 9.8s on the market, which would make the vast majority of my collection drop in value overnight (unless they introduced a NEW new label to distinguish between a 'real 9.8' and a 'soft 9.8')   Can you imagine the amount of money to be made on the resubs alone?  Maybe Voldy should do this
