  8. AAAHHHAAA! Ok, got it So the Stoltz one is no.7 Chip's no.23 makes sense So back to 6 or is it 7? Funny how to come to the market after all this time and are both 9.0s ? I think the rumor that MM may soon be appearing in Marvel pages has played into why it has come to market now?
  9. This was a pre-order sale for 3 books. Auction states book is out April 3.
  10. Someone posted this link in the Jupiter's Legacy thread but it may explain why Hickman stated that the print run of this title is 3x any of his other titles. The last line of the article says: "UPDATE: It has been pointed out to me that both Saga #1 and East Of West #1 were fully returnable, and EOW is already selling copies for $10, and Saga… well…"
  11. The last line also explains this was also the case with East of West and Saga "UPDATE: It has been pointed out to me that both Saga #1 and East Of West #1 were fully returnable, and EOW is already selling copies for $10, and Saga… well…"
  12. "X-franchise," maybe, but Giant-Size X-Men 1 and Uncanny X-Men 94-200 are mostly excellent comics. -e.s. Eric Stephenson Publisher Image Comics, Inc. www.imagecomics.com +1
  13. Just finished reading issue 1 and loved it!
  14. Rob Liefeld thinks the print run for issue 1 should top 150,000
  15. "It's Nonplayer time..." That's funny. I never read that. I have a copy of Hardcore, Dancer, and No Place Like Home that I need to read as well.... No Place Like Home and Nonplayer are both good reads.
  16. Was it "Savage Earth"? This is from Wiki - "Newton did one major strip during this time, which ran for more than a year in the RBCC called The Savage Earth. Over a period stretching from 1968 to 1970 the science fiction strip appeared in issues 60-70 of the RBCC'. Issue #65 of the RBCC sported a Newton Savage Earth painting as its cover."
  17. Why isn't there a Moderns that SHOULD be heating up thread? There is.
  18. I found these pics on this site. Here are some of my favorites. This link also has pics from 70's Chicago conventions.
