If anyone is looking for the rare issue #3 NYCC edition (500 copies) its for sale on ebay right now, autographed. I know this man will take $300 for it (going price is $250-350). If you buy it, tell him Don sent you!
Ask for scans of this book! I hate to do this to the seller, because he seems like a really nice guy, but from the pictures emailed (as opposed to those on ebay) this book looks pretty beaten up on the back bottom edge. Just make sure you know what your buying
The book is described as being in VG condition on ebay
Sold for $200! Thats pretty good seeing as I've seen them go as high as $500.

true, not all were but some. Theres one on ebay right now for a Buy it Now of $399. I know he will take $300 personally, which is an average price for this book. If anyone buys it, tell him Don sent you!

the #1 should grade no less than 9.0 but I'm expecting 9.4. Awaiting the arrival of my VF 2nd print and VF #3 NYCC and another #1 1st print.

WOW. thank you for that tidbit. I had my eyes on this book since it went up. I also missed out on a 8.5 slabbed book. Sold for a mere $566 (I bid 563 in the last 5 seconds hoping to win), which is fairly damn low for what prices have been lately.

I have a #1 5th print and #7 2nd print ready for cgc grading. Anyone have any details on the highest graded on each, and how many? Im surprised when i got them in the mail in how excellent condition they were in, Hoping for 9.8 each.

I bought this comic a few weeks back. It's the Vol.1 #4 Misprint. Not only that though but this copy is a MISPRINT of the MISPRINT! Haha. Seriously! check out my auction for pics, and wish me luck!

he has another #1 up for sale now. This time under his cdpaoli alias. Damn how many #1s does this guy have? So far he has sold 2 different proclaimed 9.0 #1s under 2 different aliases. Same thing this time too.
I sent an email asking if there has been any restoration, with a respone of "none that he can see".
