You know the show would have been better if they were Chasing the Dog that was left at the end of Thor! Trying to stop that thing. That would have made a good connection and funny as hell. Too bad we are not writting the show. I am giving it a chance. I really am. but I keep hoping for better. I mean what do they want to do? People watch the show. But after you just give us relics, and small story ideas, its not even X-files. Producers have something up their sleeve, but the point is, it needs to be explained or the Colston and Skye hidden story is going to get lame. Disney and ABC will put their foot down when the ratings get to the point where they are not happy. But as of now its not right now. They know something we dont. Yes, give the show a shot. But Putting alot of Effort into it is getting bland. after 7 episodes the characters sill feel bland. I am trying, I really am. Lets see were we are at at Episode 15. Hope they do something.

What I think is starting to happen is everyone is going to have a near death experience to bring them all on the same playing field. Read about episode 7. We now know that Coulson and Mays have died, Simmons almost died, now it's time for Ward or Fitz in 7. Skye will be last, and I think when Skye has her moment, her true identity will surface. This is a way to connect the team emotionally and make everyone equal as a team. The crazy idea of Skye becoming "Spider Women" is not so off now from a good idea. With the talk of coming together with Cap 2 to join the series, I could see Coulson revaling his true nature in post credits of that movie. It will invest the audience in the show and if he becomes the "the Vision" then that will propel the show for season 2. They keep pushing the Rusty, Whinnebago type reference to him. Game of thrones did not get crazy until the second book, next season or later this season I am sure you will see some super hero stuff. We have 18 episodes to go? It's going to happen, the show is seeing the comments, everyone just wants right now.

For me Sky was more serious in her acting. And hre character. Fits and Simmons stopped acting stupid. This had a story more interaction and much better dialog. It's also setting up for a later date.

Bosco685, I agree with you there. I enjoy the artwork from this period 100% more then the uncanny x-men in today's books. The 3rd series is so bland. No color or detail.

Is there a way to get me a photo of what he's selling? I can for sure confirm? I would assume no.

Only thing I can determine is that the 1st printing had a 50 year stamp and not a bar code like the one I have. I got my book from a store not direct. But I got my gold copy direct.

I started using the Ultra Pro Comic Preservers a few years ago. These are very $$ but worth every Penny. Keeps my books very clean and nice and tight. No board touches the book, however the board is inside the sleeve, inside another closed sleeve. They are Acid free and it makes me happy. Most people who get shown these really like them. Now this idea would work with a the clear board of any kind. FYI if your going to keep your books for value and you care what they look like or how they keep safe. No amount of money is wasted if you keep them safe. To me if you want it to be nice, you have to pay more. If you dont care, then buy the .10cent board in sleeve. But me, I want my books to last too.

So after Having a bad week with my Girlfriend, and I being a little down due to relationship issues, we met up to have lunch and talk, and just try to enjoy each others company. Dealing with the Miss Priss she is a whole other story. And I was praying to God just to shine some light on this suck of a week, My Girlfriend loves to read old books, so out of kissing her butt I took her to an Antique Shop in Orange Circle CA yesterday afternoon, It was a pretty big shop and after walking around for about 30 mins at old books, and stuff she was all giddy about. Granted I appreciate this stuff, I came across a few comic boxes in the corner, These boxes looked like they were sitting there for a while, maybe a few years. As I started to open the box top, I started to look, after about 5 mins of looking, My Eyes grew big and I stared at the book in front of me, Like a stuned Opossum in a Cars Headlights, I pulled this out of the box for $2.95. Its not a 9.0 but heck its prob an 8.5. Has a few creases and a bump on the bottom. But this is the ONLY comic book Line I collect, And my hole in my collection was filled. Love you God!

Well Just got them back today. Bummed the #50 Came back a 8.5, thought it would be a 9.0, but the #64 is just sick, Bought them when I was very very very young. Happy they stayed as well as they have all these years. They scanned a little bright, I may have to re scan and adjust the lighting.

I would be super pumped having any 12 cent xbook or asm signed by Stanley in VF or better. When I had my raw xmen collection, that's the earliest book I owned and mine was about a 3.5 My majority started from issue 110 through 400 full run. ILL always remember my beat up 1st Unus though. Rich ahh Rich I know what you mean My first was an Uncanny 208. I still have that book. Not my best copy, but I have thought about getting it graded just becuase its my first ever.

My Jewl, Its only a 8.5 but apparently mine is the only 8.5 one with his signature. according to the censis. So makes me a little happy. and with me He signed my X-men 14 as well but it only came back as a 6.0. was bummed about that. but its still nice.
