  1. Don't know of any. Don't think there are any.
  2. Went back and looked at it more carefully. Agreed, would be a 9.2 if currently graded. um-mm ... guys, book was graded 2 weeks ago Grade Date: 03/02/2018
  3. Metro too was after some high grade early JLA issues for their customers.
  4. No my friend, no emails from my side either.
  5. Whether the grade is deserved or not and whether it will hit 100K or not both come a distant second to the fact that this place is F awesome with its wealth of comic knowledge
  6. Indeed. Rob already has that sale indicated in his data. Sale for 305K in 2015. Still, I have serious qualms about a Tec 27 in a cbcs holder.
  7. You are missing the ComicLink 2.5 @ 380K 2017 http://www.comiclink.com/auctions/item.asp?id=1205443 It had sold prior to that, also on ComicLink for $270,000 (Exchange BIN) in 2015 There's also this one missing from your list: https://www.comicconnect.com/bookDetail.php?id=471759 3.0@$194,543 on ComicConnect 2012
  8. Just noticed the HA listing and see there is a #2 (9.6) and #3 (9.2) also listed, both the #2 and #3 are original label CGC ( and could very well have been highest graded books when they were first offered ) I wonder if it's not the Pedigree buyer selling all 3 books and if the "second" 9.6 is in fact still the first ( submitted with hopes of a 9.8 grade but label not sent in )
  9. The first 9.6 was sold on Pedigree several years ago for $75,000 iirc (pre-arranged sale I guess because they had "sale pending" practically the minute they were listed. There was also a highest graded issue of #2 and #3 listed at same time that I presume same buyer picked up. Those books also had almost immediate "sale pending" status when listed.
  10. There is an Action 1 5.0 currently underway at auction ... https://www.comicconnect.com/bookDetail.php?id=748655
  11. Yes, only because IGB I guess realized that a. CGC sales of their books just might bring better prices. Their cbcs graded books seem to fetch lower and lower prices whenever they show up. b. in order for CGC to grade their stuff, they would have to stop super restoring their books and would have to bring their resto down to "normal" levels. A boatload of their books were turned down and they ran across the street to have them graded. That Tec is actually one of the very few so far that CGC has accepted to grade. The A designation doesn't surprise me in the least. They are VERY good. They just go overboard.
  12. So why doesn't CGC certify IGB books ? ComicConnect has auctioned off paychecks (the one that paid for Superman or something) and other sorts of memorabilia from past creators. Can't recall any of those items certified by CGC. I'm sure if they would, CC would have had them certified in order to maximize on sales. And finally, if I send in my Jon Berk ComicConnect catalog, CGC will certify it then ? That would be sweet but I don't see it happening. Not with CGC anyhow.
  13. My thoughts brother. Though his flame has been extinguished, he will long live in the hearts of all that knew him.
  14. I saw that 30. Hakes also has a 30 3.5 but if I'm going to buy prefer to hold out until a 5.0+ shows up.
  15. Don't need Harold, thanks. Just need guy to be willing to sell. Almost double what he paid for 2 years ago I think is a mighty fair offer.
  16. I made an very strong offer ( almost double what he paid just a couple years ago) on a Tec 30 7.0 but guy won't sell. The ComicConnect books almost all have tape and that scares me.
