  1. I put this X-Men 1 9.2 on watch as it was going to auction on ComicConnect. Guess someone decided he couldn't wait for the auction and sent in an offer. Sold for 50K http://www.comicconnect.com/bookDetail.php?id=721214
  2. Court's Detective 27 2.5 is going to auction on ComicLink. Highest offer on the exchange was 375K. At auction I expect it to hit the 400K+ mark.
  3. I'm sure you noticed the Conserved copy of Action 1 that will be auctioned on ComicConnect although I'm sure it won't go cheap.
  4. +1 Thread must have been deleted by mods. Why I do not know. I checked my posts to try locate it ( as I couldn't find the thread ) and my post is gone too.
  5. I'm not even sure Heritage allows for reserve auctions. The Tec 225 9.4 is also there.
  6. http://www.comicconnect.com/bookDetail.php?id=744714
  7. I guess you must have inside info as their Event Auction website shows only 5 lower grade copies for now. These would be 4 CGC 4.0 copies along with a lonely CGC 3.5 copy. http://www.comicconnect.com/bookDetail.php?id=744684
  8. 2 copies are coverless. The conserved 6.5 copy used to be this one http://www.comicconnect.com/bookDetail.php?id=700355 The only "new" copy is the 7.5 A-5 and even then I'd have to check. No time now.

  10. They used to auction off some primo graded stuff. Not for a long time now ...
  11. True. In 9.4 grade once a year perhaps. Nevertheless, a high grade JIM 83 ( 8.5+ ) shouldn't be all that hard to find.
  12. There are atm 100 copies of 181 in 9.8 alone. 100 copies ! There are a great many GA books that don't have half that number in Total (Universal and Restored, with the latter holding the greater number most of the time) So yeah, Wolvie is popular and everything but one can fetch a 9.8 with no trouble at all. Or any high grade SA and BA key for that matter. Just need the cash. Take a look at Heritage's next auction. Most of the SA keys in super high grade are all there for the picking. Pedigree will be hosting a 9.8 (only !) SA and BA auction, etc etc ... Don't get me wrong, I love the SA. Just very little thrill in the hunt.
  13. Cover has nothing to do with story. Great read. Used to own a CGC 8.0. Highest grade is a single 8.5. Give it a 5.0/5.5
  14. As with most if not ALL the other IGB books, I'm sure we'll see the Supes 1 pop up again soon enough. Each time selling for a new low.
