  1. I slabbed a 9.8 a few years back and got a silly lowball from him. Sold it to Metro for more than double. Not nearly as nice as Mr. I's copy though. Yes I remember it.
  2. This copy belongs ( not anymore ) to colmoreman I bid fierce against him on this copy (at the time there were about 4-5 copies in 9.8 iirc) when it first was auctioned but lost. Not too long after, I picked up my own 9.8w ( at much less ) Congrats !
  3. As of 2 (?) years ago he did not. Cal (Calamerica) calls himself the "King of IMSM". He is no longer as active a boardie as he was in the past. I used to taunt him 4-5 years ago that I was "Prince" of IMSM ( as I owned a 9.8w and almost picked up a second copy) and he was but a "Duke" ( as he has never owned a 9.8)
  4. and today I come across this sales thread
  5. Great looking book. Do you have a picture of the back because the front looks better than a 5.0 Here you go. My kinda 5.0
  6. Nice looking 37 0.5 for anyone looking ... http://www.mycomicshop.com/search?ItemID=38098982
  7. Looks a LOT better than 1.8. Post it in the Please Grade my Book forum.
  8. All I can think is ... "What a . Why did I sell them???" The Larson 35 you know who has it, the 37's whereabouts on the other hand...
  9. Richard, as someone who has owned Tec 37 8.5, Tec 35 9.2 (Q) Larson and now the Tec 36 8.5, all I can say is
  10. I can see Bedrock dropping 50K for it, in pennies.
  11. The Tec 36 8.5 (1 of 2 highest certified) is an easy 60-70K book (at auction)
  12. Did you really only pay 1$ for this book? If so what a score!! Yes he did. He also once found the OA to Action 15 in the dollar box. He's quite a lucky guy.
  13. Richard, this one needs to go to the preRobin thread. Highest graded alongside another 8.5 that belongs to a boardie. (Inheritance from grandpa who had bought it off the newsstands and graded only a few years ago )
