    People apparently 'steal' CGC books (their cert #s at least) from other owners for their Registry sets all the time, just to get ahead in the ranking. Why ? Because people are stupid.

    Lately a copy in both Heritage and CC auctions at almost every turn didn’t help.

    On any given day you can find a SA key in whatever grade you're looking for, be it low to high grade. Newly graded copies are guaranteed every month. Golden Age not even close.

    So it seems that different states have different policies. I'm sure Iowa and California are not the only two states who charge sales tax for Internet purchases. I also get charged sales tax when I buy from Amazon and Heritage. I assume sales taxes on comic books are something recent ? I don't recall this being mentioned in the past but then again I am a European buyer so I am not subject to them. In the end all this will do is boost sales on the CGC Boards I would think.

    @Sensei Ryan Thank you for this. The 2019 registry score reviews weren't given the proper attention. I have created 3 threads to request removals of early Detectives (28,29 and 38) from the census, nothing done. New set requests also not being addressed. Several other registry related issues brought up by other forumites still with no answer. etc.
