These Golden Age All Star Comics have really been heating up this past year or two.  As such, with the extreme rarity of many of these Key issues, GPA is hard to gauge when there has not been any sales in grade for a couple years plus.  One of the best comparisons is the most recent sale of $1,150 for a 5.0 copy in 2017.  There was a 4.5 the year prior in 2016 going for about 1/2 of that, but Most early All Star prices have gone way up the past year or two I have noticed.  Lack of any sales the past year or two shows the great scarcity of these very early Golden Age Keys!  One of my favorite covers of the entire series, Hawkman descending to Earth from the heavens like an Angel!  Book has an excellent spine and very tight staples, very nice affordable mid range copy.

SOLD! 1st Star Lord CGC 8.5 Perfect White pages, Ultra tightly graded, even on close inspection I thought this book looked 9.2 to 9.4, but the book is obviously unpressed as when you hold it up to the light you can barely sees a couple micro non color breaking stress at the spine that should press nicely and I would think this has strong 9.2 to 9.4 potential.  Only $315, (firm), I already passed up that offer price recently, but I need to raise money to buy a grail key! This is one of the nicest 8.5's you will find, far better resubmit potential than most and has perfect White Pages.  US Priority shipping just $9

Adventure Comics #247 CGC 1.5 appears light water contact at some time in the past.  The cover looks to be in great condition otherwise, no tears, no missing pieces, structurally could be a solid mid grade.  This book really needs a press and dry clean for a likely small grade bump, or all it would take would be pro color touch only (giving it the slight/moderate designation) to get this one showing amazingly well in the mid/upper grades for presentation!.  I have seen far worse copies selling for way more, offered at just $715 and just $9 USPS Priority shipping.   With the Legion appearances in the Supergirl TV series causing this Key 1st appearane to heat up, could a movie appearance be far behind?

off white to white pages make that an amazing candidate to get the spine roll removed and pressed and this one looks especially easy to fix/good candidate.  I would not be surprised to see the grade bump up as high as 4.5 if done properly and no issues arise.
