The mods are going to act in any way they perceive will benefit CGC, who employs them. Whether any particular member feels they are justified or not, that is how this board moderation is run. The only way to combat arbitrary administration of board moderation, which I don't really believe they do all that frequently, is to not do things that may draw their attention, even if others have done the same without consequence. A cop may pull over two speeders and only give one a ticket, that's the breaks.

Kav, I don't know what your deal is tonight, but I don't think my offer is a junk donkey offer. If you don't want it, no big deal. But, don't put the kibosh on my offer just because it doesn't resonate with you. Your offer is awesome.

This issue will come down to semantics. Ranting, harassing, unreasonable, complaining, unless the communications are posted it will be the subjective interpretation of how they read the emails. Sounds like a misunderstanding with the seller not giving much leeway because of the packaging of 1,500 orders. If Shark's subsequent emails were harrasing, that would be a different story, but we'll have to wait and see.

@manicnerd Sorry to hear about what you're going through, just helped my father-in-law through it the past 6 months. In the scheme of things this thread is meaningless. The offer was good and if no one likes it or mocks it who cares? Being mocked in this thread has about as much meaning as a plot in a porno. There are things in this world that really matter, giving people free stuff isn't one of them.
