If you lived here (Washington) or in Colorado (I'm sure there's other States) - this would be a non issue. I only brought the pot addiction up and stated it as unfair because it was pure assumption, I've never stated here or anywhere on the forum that I was/am/or had been smoking pot. Other stuff he stated was true, such as me being incredibly slow and another comment but my actions had nothing to do with smoking.

Sorry about that Jason, and I greatly appreciate the kind words. I've had many good years here on the forum and one bad year, and on my part I would like to say that things have changed. We are victims of our own actions and I do not plan on ever screwing up like I have this past year when it comes to selling and or buying here on the forum. As for FBS I did send a message back on " #5254721 - 06/14/14 09:30 PM" but I never heard back. I understand his frustration but I offered to make things right between us.

Thank you very much Mike and Jason I appreciate you both taking the time to post in here on my behalf. I also believe now that that fulfills the means to be removed from the probation list. There was actually only one nomination, as Jason was the only one that nominated me. I asked Mike and he said he was just commenting on my behavior and not nominating me. There were only two other commentators, one was fastball and I reached out to him back in June, and another was made by a member that insinuated unfairly that my behavior was due to a marijuana addiction.

I believe I have taken the appropriate steps with the members involved in placing me on the probation list prior to my last posting and would like to request that my name be removed from the probation list.

I completely understand the situation and frustration and hopefully it does work out. I'm trying. Also trying to resist putting up any takeit's for a while, it's hard because there's always something. My main focus here on the boards is selling, I have loads of comics to list so hopefully we can reach some sort or resolution.

I'm currently trying to rectify the situation between myself and fastball. I did try a "redeem myself" thread a while back and I did okay, better than in the past year but I underestimated the severity of things in my life at that time and slipped away from the boards and a had a few bumps in deals with other members. In the end though with any dispute I've always done my best to make right whether it be selling or buying here on the forums. I've had many good years of buying and selling with no problems and one bad year but like I said, I always did my best to make right in any deal. We don't grow as people if we don't learn from our mistakes, and I am too young to stop growing.
