I bought a treasury from boardie Tiger Topper, (excellent transaction btw) partially because I see it as the first appearance but also because its such a cool book. I didn't realize how huge it is, but that just makes me want to display it even more!
Market, Shmarket. I buy what I like. If its worthless, who cares. I still like it.
If anybody else is looking for a copy of the treasury, I know someone who has two to sell...

My EoSV #2 Land variant was confirmed as a 9.8 today!
Woo hoo!

Mijael's a good seller. Don't hesitate to do business with him.

Allred is an acquired taste. He just plain tanked Surfer from the start. Look at the numbers on Surfer they are in freefall.
I suspect that Silver Surfer's dwindling sales have more to do with Dan Slott's writing than Allred's art.

Sleepwalker #1 is a hot book...

somebody educate me on what Splitters is? Is that a Euro variant?
Splitter is a German publishing house. They've published German versions of many American comic books.

What is this? Some kind of poster?
It's an unused cover wrap for the chromium version of the Vampirella Crossover Gallery.

Here's something I picked up yesterday.

These are my newest acquisitions. Sadly, I don't have a place to display them at the moment.

Holy ... if that Bone is a 1st print...!!!

I think it's a 7th printing. A first printing would have a red logo.

Like a real hockey team? Why waste your time looking for comics in Montreal when it has so much more to offer? We have at least one in Edmonton...................my son's Atom team.
If you are talking a real NHL team, we have not had one since 2008 in these parts.
On the bright side, the Oilers have a good shot at winning the draft lottery this year. It isn't quite the Stanley Cup, but at least it's something.

Komico will be opening at a new location on Wednesday (4960 Decarie Blvd).
The back issue situation at 1,000,000 is better these days and they do have some decent wall books, including a copy of Hulk #181 that looks pretty good.
-
Sadly, you won't find much at Komico at the moment.
1,000,000 Comix on Pierce and Comic Hunter on Papineau are decent places to look for back issues.
Librairie Millenium on Marie-Anne E is my favorite shop. It's a small place with a great staff. The guys who work there are really helpful and they can give you some excellent recommendations.

Add carmgeof to your lists. He won one of my auctions and asked me to give him some extra time to pay for his item. I said no problem. Over two weeks later, I messaged him to ask him about when he'd be paying. Days went by without a response, so I had to open an unpaid item case with eBay.

Here are two more Campbell covers that I really like. You don't see these ones very often.

And now for some more boobs...
Two of my favorite Campbell covers.

Majawi, you don't need to worry about getting bad feedback. Sellers can't leave negative feedback for buyers.

nice who else are you playing to add to the set.
These Bishoujo figures are getting added to the large collection that I already have. Excluding variants, the only superhero Bishoujo statues that I'm missing now are Catwoman, Emma Frost, Black Cat, Invisible Woman and the newest Wonder Woman.
-
I added these to my collection today.

I found a couple of cool books at a model train show today.
If you aren't familiar with these comics, they're the French-Canadian editions of Hulk #180 and #181.

Mike's a pleasure to do business with. I look forward to dealing with him again in the future.

Greg Horn sucks. All of his art is done digitally, why someone would want a head sketch by him is beyond me.
My girlfriend once asked him to draw Black Cat for her. The results weren't pretty. He didn't even bother to give Black Cat a mask.
Enormous ! How big will it get ?
