  1. Ario is a pleasure to deal with and I wouldn't hesitate to sell to him again. Don't let his location discourage you from doing business with him.
  2. I added the Spider-Woman Bishoujo figure to my collection today.
  3. Such a good series. Art is out of this world, and story is pretty interesting. Too bad there's only 3 issues. Did they announce more or something??? I'd love to know that too. I have almost every variant of every issue so far (about 30 of them) and I've been waiting patiently (over a year?) for them to release issue #4. I believe issue #4 was available at SDCC.
  4. Here's something I picked up recently. It's a Gen 13 page drawn by Dustin Weaver.
  5. I added a couple of cool items to my collection today. I've been looking to get my hands on these for a while now, so I'm happy to finally have them in my possession. Note: The inflatable Wolverine pictured here isn't mine. I'll be keeping mine in a box until I can figure out where I'm going to display it.
  6. I was doing some cleaning in my comic room when I came across something that some of you guys might appreciate. I figured that I'd share it with you here before putting it away.
  7. That's extremely kind of you. Thank you, sir. I'll definitely remember this gesture. I'm sure everyone else here will as well.
  8. Yes, the "Cover Girls" statues are based on designs created by Adam Hughes.
  9. I just picked up a small collection of statues for a great price. I'm pretty happy with my purchase.
  10. nice feel free to show it off with the rest of the collection. Sadly, this statue, along with many others in my collection, will have to wait to be displayed. I've run out of space in my current comic room, so now I'm just piling up statues and other collectibles in my closet, waiting for the day when I have a proper place to put them. I expect to have a much larger comic room in the next year or so.
  11. I added this statue to my collection on Monday.
  12. I still don't quite understand why Superman Adventures #5 is selling for as much as it is, but I can tell you that I was very pleased when I found a nice copy of the book sitting in a box of drek at a record store this past weekend. I think I'll see a nice return on my $4 investment.
  13. Here are some German Gen 13 variants that I picked up a short time ago. I'd love to put together a full run of these books, but I've discovered that the issues can be a pain to track down.
  14. Yeah, it's the RRP. Clicking the link that Johnston provides takes you to an ebay auction for a raw copy.
  15. No, someone had it in their home. I was at the person's house checking out toys and comics that they were selling when I noticed the rack. I asked if it was for sale, and sure enough it was. When the person told me they only wanted $10 for the spinner I almost fainted.
  16. Look what I got... ... for $10!!!! Apologies for the crappy picture.
  17. Mike's a good seller and a classy guy. I look forward to doing more business with him in the future.
  18. It was a pleasure doing business with Mike and I hope to do more business with him in the future. He's the kind of buyer that you want to deal with.
  19. They might be worth something to someone, but they aren't worth reading. They're awful books.
  20. Wow! Nice score! I'll give you twice what you paid for that Harley Quinn book.
  21. Got this in the mail today. It's a page from Gen 13 (2006 series) #7 by Alvin Lee.
