  1. Wow! Campbell's "Arabian Knight" character is an exact copy of Marvel's Arabian Knight. Do you guys recognize any of the other characters from elsewhere?
  2. My latest acquisition is a piece by Mike Choi.
  3. Same for me. It seems that everyone spent their money on 3D covers.
  4. I picked up a couple of pages at the New York Comiccon. The first piece is a Wonder Woman page drawn by Cliff Chiang. It features Orion and Milan (who is a character based on Wesley Willis). The second piece is a Gen 13 page drawn by Luke Ross.

  6. I pulled a first printing of Todd #1 out of a dollar box on Wednesday. I was happy.
  7. It's because it's "Gem WOW!" It could be the issue that 2 different people have been looking for forever to complete their run ? Negative. I looked at the Ebay past sales and found multiple copies all getting $20+. This is obviously something... Not sure why though. I sold a copy of Deadpool #11 for something like $35 + shipping a little while back. It's just one of the books from that run that people want to own.
  8. "This is Auction is for a Amazing Fantasy #15 comic book in great condition! Comic is not graded but only comes in a plastic case. I had my previous listing removed for various reasons from the Ebay community for false information and false bidders. But now its back on so good luck, and please only bid if your going to buy, I do not need the hassle of removing my auction again. Thank you! " The balls on this guy...
  9. Not only is he back, but he's returned with even more Wikipedia BS than before. You need to read all the way to the part about J. Jonah Jameson to learn that he's selling a reprint. CTRL + F THEN TYPE "reprint" That works if you know to look for the word "reprint."

  11. The auction is down! The auction is down! Good work, everyone.
  12. The Activity Term Life The Test Y the Last Man Locke & Key Powers Absolution (Christos Gage has written a screenplay for this. Don't know much more than that about the project.) Uber (Was this just a rumor or did it finally get confirmed somewhere?)
  13. The mailman brought me some me sweet Al Rio art today.
  14. Too late. You are doomed. It's true. I've learned that after you get your first page you just want more.
  15. I checked out a few issues of Superboy to see what they were going to do with Fairchild and Grunge, but I didn't really care for the New 52 versions of the characters. That said, I didn't pass on the chance to purchase the pages depicting Grunge's first appearance in DC's current universe. I also picked up a couple Fairchild pages.
  16. Did anybody else come across copies of Manhattan Projects #12 with messed up covers today? Every copy at my LCS had what I can best describe as a big indentation line that ran from the top of the book to the bottom.
  17. These came in the mail today... They're pages #2 and #3 from Superboy #8 (New 52). Here's how the pages appeared in print:

  19. I'm pretty sure I have a copy of X-Men #12 with a date stamp on it. I'll have to give it a look when I get home from the office.
  20. I picked up some nice Bronze Age horror comics (DC and Marvel) at a garage sale this morning. I also bought some reprints of classic EC horror comics, Ultimate X-Men #1 and the first Fables trade. I paid less than a buck per book, so I'm quite happy with my score.
