Any recommendations on how to get tickets? Never have gone before but now live close enough to go.
Thanks
Newbie registration will be mid April. I recommend following SDCC blog on twitter as I've found they have the fastest updates and info

I had this black and white Boba Fett signed by Jeremy Bulloch and colored by Steve Butler. Love it!
That looks great colored! Don't tell JTC

Who is Pumpty Dumpty?
I don't know, but I'm sure he has an affinity for speculation while on a wall

Harley quinn 26 variant still hot, cant keep up with demand!
GL 20 regular and variant still selling.
Now on to simon baz...i saw a few GL 0s sell, and a few fcbd 2012 new 52 sell as well, interesting to see which of these 2 books gets picked by collectors as 1st app.
FCBD 2012 has an unnamed cameo in a 4 page advertisement tease by Jim Lee:
Which has its own history originally being Hal in the sketch pre-production, then the scene ended up being re-drawn by Reis and used in JL 23
Pre-production fcbd OA
JL 23 spread by Reis
IMO GL#0 seems like a no-brainier, but this hobby does stranger things. Cover, full app and origin. I suggest these two, combo seems to be the low print, but I really like the wraparound B&W variant best.
Cheers!
Thank you! I was wondering how much exposure baz had in the FCFD 2012 issue.
I agree on issue 0, first cover app, origin, and possible a first full app. Def. going to watch this one to see which one gets chosen.
Great info! I was actually thinking about Baz the other and wondering why he hasn't had more exposure. I was also contemplating getting rid of my #0's out of disappointment, . But I guess my new rule is "don't throw anything out, it might be a sleeper"
P.S. I haven't posted in so long, how's everyone doing?

This is on its way to me,
Hmm not showing up, gonna have to post it later I guess
fixed it for you.

Just got this guy in the mail:
Niiiice !
Congrats on that one, I rarely see it come up. I tried to sell my copy a while ago and it was cricket city. I love the cover so I'm kind of glad it didn't sell

Sounds like a lot of us struck out on the midnight sale. Just add another "at least I got one" to the pile
-
Success!! Anyone try for two
-
So I missed the pre-sale? I thought it was at 12pm Pacific time today, it was at midnight last night?
Jerome
I think it's midnight tonight, otherwise I missed it too

He mentioned that the limit will be 25 for the public sale. I would guess it is 12 EST, but who really knows.
Seems like the limit has been reduced to 10 per order but you can make multiple orders

Congrats

Parker Industries? Has Peter sold out? Terrible logo.
Isn't that the company Doc Ock started in Pete's body?

Wrong thread, and not Valiant related, but I remember when people wanted Descender 1 B
East of West, colder than ice.
Is EoW still suffering from severe delays? I stopped paying attention to this book

I feel your pain. Last year I had an auction thread entirely deleted an hour before it was due to end, because I had neglected to post BIN amounts for the auction books. Very frustrating!
One thing I always do when prepping a sales thread is use a "dead" PM thread (where the other person has removed themselves from the thread) to post my images and finetune all the descriptions and code to get them right. Handy to have a backup set hanging out there in case something goes kablooie for whatever reason.
You can also just send a PM to yourself without using a dead thread. And if it's something major like a VCC booth, I strongly recommend typing everything on your computer in Word and then copying and pasting to your PM. You don't want to be 2/3rds through when you lose you internet connection and your work.
Two great suggestions! Thanks for posting those

Why is the backing board for the ninja version of Snake Eyes, but the toy inside is the commando version of Snake Eyes?

Thanks gang, I'll head over there now. Hopefully they still have some
Edit: Just picked up two but they were all really beat up. The guy said they got 5 and only sold one before I got there

Not sure if mentioned already but gamestops have an exclusive SW 4 variant today.
Is this in store or from the website?
