  1. I've got a Gunsmoke Western 47 for sale right now on ebay. very high grade copy.
  2. I get that. I've been around here for a while. Certainly wouldn't want anyone to think I was up to something shady. I'll retract the post. Probably not the right place for it anyway.
  3. Hi Everybody, I don't buy and sell much on the boards, but every now and then, so figured I better start a page. thanks for any positive vibes! Jim
  4. new pick up. Ain't she a beaut?! I'm usually more of a western guy but when I saw this one, I had to take the plunge!
  5. assuming you are buying a slabbed copy, you should have nothing to worry about. If unslabbed, restoration can be hard to detect, especially if you are still getting your feet wet in this hobby.
  6. Hi Guys, Yes, that is my Two Gun Kid 60 in resto 9.0. Back cover is gorgeous. If anyone has any questions, feel free to let me know. It looks AMAZING in hand. I don't know the source of the resto. I bought it from Tom Kalb as a PGX 9.0 with the same resto mentioned and had it re-slabbed to verify that the trimming on the top of the cover was true. It has a bid on it currently but if someone wants to throw me an offer, I'm all ears. Jim "gunsmokin" Van Heuklon
  7. Hi , Thanks for the sale of the TTA 29 on the bay. That was a great deal!
  8. I hope my last post doesn't violate any posting rules. I would have posted them for sale on the boards but I stink at posting photos.
  9. Gentlemen, I'm liquidating all of my CGC slabs on ebay including TGK 58,59,61 and KC 100 as well as Gunsmoke Western 58. Just an FYI. PM me if you need the link or want to haggle. Thanks, Jim
  10. Comic Book Marketplace #21 also has an excellent and comprehensive list and article of all Kirby/Ditko pre-heroes.
  11. Heading to Chicago Con on Sunday for some deals. I remember the good old days when I primarily went there to do FREE meet and greets with Stan Lee (now $300+) and an assortment of golden/silver age artists that were never too busy to sit and chat with anyone that happened to saunter down artist's alley. Ah, the gold old days.
  12. The same guy that bought my low grade lot of rawhide kids and two gun kids is the same buyer on all of the Low grade kid colts. Buyer is from Switzerland.
  13. Look at the low grade Kid Colts in the 90's go for $50+ each! These bidders are insane !
  14. Anyone on the boards buy the rat chewed RK 17 for $212? Westerns seemed to be coming in vogue again. Sold my low grade lot of TGK and RK for over $330!
  15. I seem to recall someone mentioning a great Kirby drawn TGK story in that book.
  16. I put in a buy order 10 minutes after it was listed and lost out.
