  1. Exactly, personally I wouldn't spend more than $200 on anything that isn't published. Sketches can be great but just aren't canon.
  2. Exactly I'm trying to hang in there..........but it does seem like quality has be replace by quantity($) as far as the issue one reprints go. I say to any WD fan just buy the real #1 and key issues and be done with it. At the end of this WD craze the only issues that will have value is the obvious key issues. All the variants will tank. 100% Agree!! I always go with original covers as well. None of the 100B, 100C, 115M, Blank Variants, etc.... eBay is flooded with this variant stuff that nobody is buying (at least me) - unless they sell this at a very cheap price Garbage! The blanks are actually a pretty good bet... not saying necessarily for a registry set but raw and especially graded with sketch they have a lot more potential. People who want nothing to do with the registry or even a full TWD run still appreciate a sketched book. If anyone has some 109 or 115 blank going for a reasonable price I may be interested. 109 & 115 blank covers came out so quickly after each other I'm surprised we haven't seen any since.

Agreed. In a few years the show will grow stale and the book won't be as hot, only a handful of really key issues will be sought after.
  4. Thanks for asking Mark. I would like to know if Charlie and Stefano would ever respectfully consider doing thier version of Kirkman's -script for the first 6 issues of Walking Dead?
  5. So the art is up on display in a comic shop? If so that's pretty cool.
  6. What if they released a Walking Dead #1 illustrated by Adlard. Same exact -script as the original but with Charlie's art. That would be variant worthy.
  7. Will make for better sketch blanks ... more room My first thoughts as well.
  8. I think it is either 9 or 10 am EST. Yes, at or just before 9 am EST on comixology. The issues (at least the last few) have been appearing on google play at 12:15 am. Well it seems the early release on google play is finished thanks to Amazon & Comixology; Comixology's Comics app for Android will continue to allow users to make in-app purchases, but instead of paying with your Google Play account, you must now go through Comixology's new system and pay with PayPal or a credit card. http://www.cnet.com/news/comixology-cuts-apple-google-out-of-digital-comics-kickback/
  9. Doug has some killer TM commissions......... How is TM handeling commissions nowadays? I remember having to win an ebay auction before a con if you wanted a commission; is that still the way?
  10. Wow, the published and unpublished covers for issue 37. Pretty cool, but $20,000 BIN = Yeah but shipping is free
  11. Here's an image of the original version of that scene, Very good. , you made a good point I just wanted to illustrate it. , Rick's expression in the last panel could imply so many things!
  12. The page went for 2k. It is a pretty cool page. Agreed, best page of the issue.
  13. Just read that Stefano Gaudiano is staying on as inker. So it looks like double pages for the foreseeable future unless Adlard starts to ship his originals to Gaudiano which I don't see happening.
  14. I actually think Kirkman means what is said at the end that

  16. After 6 months I could have quietly read and enjoyed the conclusion but that post summing in all up in a sentence was much more enjoyable, thank you! Where do we vote for a ban? Seriously.
  17. Sure thing. As an FYI, you can preorder the book on google play now and the moment it is available you will receive a notification email. I have found that so much more convenient than refreshing comixology every Wednesday morning, not to mention I have been able to read it earlier through google play Preordering now, thanks again!
