  1. Super-duper shipping speed & secure packaging against dings, bumps, & bruises. Good communication throughout, and easy to work with. Always pleased with the books and mags I get from Azkaban’s sales threads. Some purple font just because. Will happily look out for his future sales threads as I always come out of them with some neat stuff.
  2. On the subject of letters/letterers I’ve found Todd Klein’s(DC letterer) blogs & articles interesting. https://kleinletters.com
  3. Just received a small lot of tpb’s from one of Paperheart’s recent threads. As always, promptly shipped and packed to survive the randomness that usps packages experience on their journeys. Books look great and I’m a happy camper.
  4. Sports card grading is offered through CSG specifically. https://www.csgcards.com/
  5. This is the inside front cover sans signature. Also fwiw, MCS lists the print run at 1500 copies, but no sure where that info comes from. https://www.mycomicshop.com/search?TID=477931
  6. It’s a 1st printing and there’s 18 of them already on the census if that’s any help.
  7. The 9.8 is an older generation label/slab, the 9.0 is a post-April 2016 label/slab.
  8. Sorry. I didn’t hear the ring. I left the phone upstairs and I was out in the garden. Besides, the battery was dead anyway and I never figured out how to set up my voicemail.
  9. Here’s a current link to announcements. As for your second question, if you have an already graded comic cracked out for a signing, it will need to be regraded before being returned to you, even if it’s CGC themselves that crack the case. https://www.cgccomics.com/submit/events/
  10. An older SS label example with PQ centered:
  11. My thinking is that the book would be downgraded for this. A date stamp was a relatively common part of the distribution/sales of comics for many years. This is a hand written “slash” through a barcode, entirely different from the date stamps from a previous era IMO.
  12. I just received a handful of tpb’s from Black_Adam’s recent sales thread. Shipped promptly and both safely and beautifully packed. Smooth transaction, good value, and books are like-new condition. Thank you!
  13. These pictures appear to show damage to two of the corners to begin with. Maybe worsened by being dropped on it’s way to you?

  15. You also cut out poor Doc Doom! Anyway, I thought you should have a chance to finish the story...
