Wierd thread crashed on me so if this posts twice... Issue has been resolved. I retract my request to add Mr. branget to the probation thread. I think posting here reflects badly on both parties and will always use restraint and work with people before posting here.

And what is required to remove your request? Just admit what happened. I would have happily worked with you to arrange something man, I have cancelled orders before. I am not mad, I just thought that you were pushing the issue of me being untrustworthy. I am out of pocket but I will recoup that as the sketch opp proceedes so that is fine. I may have reacted harsher than normally but I have been assailed with the thought that I am untrustworthy when I am doing the best I can. p.s. unblock me and we can speak via PM to completely resolve the issue

I would not have cancelled the order if I thought it was up for discussion. People can read the text and decide. I will leave it to the admin to decide if your actions warrant you to be put on the probation list. I was not going to request this, I wanted to warn others about the transaction, but there is no denying what happened here. Jake M

You told me you were cancelling. And you did express you opinion in my thread... see my quote from you about swindling. You chose to agree to purchase the books, no one told you to 'risk' your money and... in fact the NOVO book has nothing to do with my sketch opps. I did not want to press the issue but I would now ask that Mr. branget be aded to the probation list.

It's been said before but...if the buyer (or seller I guess) has stated that they refuse to go through with the transaction, maybe it don't need to wait the full 30 days. That said, it's only been a week or so here. Maybe give the guy a little more time to sort himself out? If he removed himself for the PM convo, start a new one. See what happens. He has blocked me.

According to your threads, you are charging $20 + "exact shipping" for the NOVO Vol. 1, and $50 (sketching cost) + $27 (CGC fees) + "exact shipping" for the Jonny Ledford sketch ... is that what you were going to charge Branget as well? I was charging exactly what I have in my threads I can post my Invoice to him here. I have a pile of delivery conformations from selling book here the last few weeks. I can not plead my case to many at this point. All I can say is people will be happy with my work. I have worked non-stop to get things going here over the past two weeks.

I post this cause he has stated he will not pay and to cancel the orders. He has ignored me so there will be no more correspondence... I really don't understand this. I would have happily put off the order or w.e. but that did not seem like a possibility. I wish it did not happen, but I will do my best to keep all relationships here as positive as possible.

I hate to do this, but I have been 100% honest and have done my best here. Member branget ordered a book on Feb 4 2011 he did not pay. He then posted in a sketch opp Feb. 10 2011 for a sketch cover by Jonny Ledofrd, and now he has refused to pay for both his original order and the sketch cover. Both orders have been cancelled due to non-payment. To be clear I was not demanding payment, he sent me a message telling me he I was charging fee's I did not advertise, whish is unture, and higher fee's than the submissions cost, again not true. He then admitted that he is cancelling because I have posted too many opp's, just 2 as of now. I fail to see how sketch opp's affect his previous orders. I have tried to resolve this but branget removed himself from the private message conversation.
