    Sometimes a great deal falls into your lap, so you resell to roll the profits into a book you want to keep. Is cool

    Liquidating some collection to fund a purchase you intend on keeping. Is cool

    Being a flipper claiming you’re a collector. Is lame

    Being a flipper and claiming you’re an entrepreneur but don’t pay any taxes on the profits. Is lame. 


    Being a flipper and running a legit business is called a dealer. Is cool.

    I don’t hop on here often much anymore. Usually make my rounds once in a while and reach out to a few people to keep in touch, bomber-bob was one of them through the years. It’s a bummer he’s not here anymore and hit me hard tonight. He beat me out on the marketplace for an Asm 11 8.0 that I really wanted and that’s what sparked our friendship/hobby talks. 

    Here’s the copy I ended up getting a couple years after. He was the first person I reached out to when it came back from CGC. He was prob relieved I wasn’t gonna nag him anymore for that 8.0.

    All good. I was worried about the top edge but very surprised to see both top and bottom. I’m gonna resub it to CGC one of these days and see if they’re consistent.
