  1. WOW! All of those for a buck a piece? I've been scouring my local comics shops and they all seem hip to the renewed interest in older Valiants. The few keys I've seen have been priced up, but the reality is I haven't seen that many Valiant keys at all (I'm in San Diego, btw). So am I Me too.
  2. The Goonies! Nice little town at the mouth of the Columbia river.
  3. Oprah is going to huge!! errr Aphra...errr whatever Oprah is the new black! Funny indeed.
  4. Spider-Gwen variant cover mashups across many titles that month.
  5. Nice? More like out-frigging-standing! Outstanding, indeed.
  6. Most of the auctions I linked aren't finished yet. But the fact that he is bidding on every high grade copy of this book, even after already winning a few auctions for it, should tell you something. Especially since he keeps changing the maximum amount he is willing to pay. It is most likely a seller's 2nd account, a seller who already owns several copies of this book. Thanks, I assumed those were completed auctions. That ebay ID has influenced many auctions with their suspicious bidding.
  7. That bidder won seven out of nine auctions. Do you think the sellers will be paid.
  8. Questionable bid history. I retract my last statement. Looks like a legit sale.
  9. Missed this one tonight. ENORMOUS #1 CGC 9.8 PHANTOM VARIANT
  10. Not finding Enormous #3 cover B on ebay. What's going on ?
  11. Both covers still "In stock" @Midtown. Maybe when they sell out ebay will heat up.
  12. My books from Thirdeye were delivered today. One of each Spider-Gwen #1 Phantom variant. ML
  13. I watched the Wire, and my cousin just moved out of B'more. Obviously the odds of something happening is pretty low if you take precautions, BUT the more strangers you meet on craigslist (or other public ads) to buy or sell, the higher the odds get. When you're dealing with high value tangible goods and cash, high value means high value target. Not something to lose sleep over, but certainly one of many considerations, especially if you have family to take care of and/or protect. On a related note, how in the world are both McNulty AND Stringer Bell BOTH British?!!!! Great acting.
