  1. I quit Iron Man years before that story so I just had no idea. Thanks for the issue reference, I'll probably read the run before the series!
  2. In the latest Mandalorian they showed a crew cabin area that I don't remember ever seeing before in Slave I. I don't see room for that in this model...I guess it's a bit smaller than the real thing?
  3. I can't believe how well Boba's armor cleaned up.
  4. Sounds like it might feature more than a few Rebels characters.
  5. Watts is also directing the next Spider-Man movie set to launch December 2021, and that suggests FF won't come out until 2023.
  6. Looking forward to this one the most of all of today's announcements besides Fantastic Four.
  7. This sounds compelling. Anyone know if there's a comic story this might derive from?
  8. His performance was by far the best part of that movie, so this is great news. I guess. Usually Abomination is always Abomination though, isn't he? Or are there versions of him where he transforms back and forth between Blonsky and Abomination?
  9. Is there any reason to believe there's someone keeping all of this straight this time around besides Kathleen Kennedy, or should we just expect another round of "maybe it's a hit, maybe it's a miss, who knows, really, until it's out?"
  10. I wondered that in the Ahsoka episode but then realized that she referred to Grogu as being "his" name. So she confirmed Grogu is male.
  11. If you're naming a class of vehicle the X-Wing Fighter, TIE Fighter, and AT-AT Walkers are pretty famous. But when it comes to individually-named ships aside from the Falcon it probably boils down to two ships--the Razor Crest and Slave I. And at this point the Razor Crest has had FAR more screen time.
  12. It's not like the last Haslab project lasted long on-screen...how long from first appearance to it exploding was it, 20 minutes? The Razor Crest lasted far longer and was far more integral to the story. Doesn't much matter that it's now vaporized, it's still an iconic ship and a beautiful rendering of it. Aside from the Millennium Falcon what other ship can the great majority of fans who aren't stuck in the past identify more easily by name than the Razor Crest?
  13. I'm not much of a fan of your facial imperfections, either.
  14. Heir to the Empire #1 CGC 9.8 prices in early November ranged from $350 to $500. Since Friday they're ranging from $1000 to $1800.
  15. Our they didn't think enough of him to include him. Was the voice of Kanan Jarrus a part of that?
  16. There's a deleted scene from Revenge of the Sith where General Grievous kills a Togruta (that's Ahsoka's species) Jedi where she had the long montrals of an older member of her species. I like the idea of them growing, but aesthetically I just don't like the long horn look one bit.
  17. I wondered when I first heard she'd be in it if they'd go Rebels long horns or Clone Wars short horns. I know they're supposed to grow taller as that species ages, but I still hoped they'd go short horns. And obviously they did, and I bet it's for the same reason I was hoping they would--she just looks better that way. It goes against previous canon, but I like the change because those really tall horns look awkward. The points up top are horns called montrals, and the "hair" isn't hair, it's flesh I usually hear described as tails.
  18. Aren't blaster fire and lightsaber both plasma? Beskar works by having an extremely high melting point, so I wasn't surprised it works on both. There are four states of matter--solid, liquid, gas, and plasma. Most matter in space is plasma, but on Earth we only see it naturally in the form of lightning.
  19. Oh I'm DEFINITELY watching it. But until Kathleen Kennedy is out of Star Wars I prefer to sip my wine, not guzzle it, because we may still be in for a long haul before Star Wars gets fixed.
  20. Thanks! I don't mind being spoiled on characters since I can't watch 3 more seasons of Clone Wars and all of Rebels before this season of Mandalorian ends--probably not even by the end of season 3. Ezra Bridger does seem likely since he and Thrawn disappeared together and we just saw that Ahsoka is looking for Thrawn. Now I'm thinking that Ezra convinces Ahsoka to get over Anakin's turn to the Dark Side and train Grogu herself, or perhaps that they train him together. At the end of this episode it looked as if that might be all we see of Ahsoka, but Ezra being interested in Grogu could change that. And I don't see Filoni only using Ahsoka a little going into the future, I see her being heavily involved.
