  7. One of my FAVORITE Atari 2600 games. I used to have relatives that lived near the south gate of Yosemite. When I would visit, I'd have to travel through what we call the "central valley" which is all farm land. I loved watching the crop dusters work. Simply amazing. Sometimes they'd cross the highway right in front of you going from one crop to another. They'd lift up a bit, but still be only a few feet off the concrete.

  10. Great! I was hoping it would be good. Speaking of re-watching stuff, I'm one of these people that usually never re-watches anything, but I've now seen GoT "Hardhome" three times. I think I'm the only one here that appreciates Sense8 . I turned a friend on to it. She almost turned it off after the Bollywood scene, which is admittedly rather ridiculous, but then kept watching and ultimately liked it. I really like the way they're using cinematography and music.

  12. I love how happy the guy taking down the data is when they land the big jump with the harness. He looks across at someone, and you can tell he wants to go "F**k Yeah!!!!" These DARPA-funded robotics projects and challenges are amazing. I have this book somewhere that discusses how projects of this magnitude cannot be developed in the private sector and must have government funding - which is how DARPA eventually gave us the internet. Here's the latest entries in this year's challenge...
