Now 50-60 is a big day. I tend to integrate my posting and reading here with other computer work, so when I run into 30 second or more delays I usually just click out. I just can't waste that much time moving from one forum to another here. PMs are especially bad - there is almost always a big delay when moving from the forum to the PM system.
