    I have the yogurt production line figured out. Capacity is 2 Qts., so I found some easy to use/clean 1 Qt. containers with screw-on lids at Dollar Tree (2 for $1). I transfer the yogurt to them immediately. That way I don't worry about breaking the glass jar. When I'm down to 1 Qt., I make a new 2 Qt. batch like you see here. I'm never out of yogurt now.
