I believe that teen-age romances 26 and 27 have covers not by Baker and with a very similar looking cover and style to the all picture 2.

On closer inspection, the man on the cover could pass as Baker. Whoever inked this cover looks like the same person who inks a lot of Baker's work. Not sure how much of Baker's pencils were inked by Baker or other artists. The woman's face definitely has Bakerish elements and the overall cover has some nice clean lines to it. I also look at fingers as Baker had a distinct way of drawing fingers. Maybe need to rethink whether this is Baker or not.

This is another great one. I have been very fortunate and currently have 2 copies of this book. Really a fantastic cover and also pretty rare.

I used to own a copy of this book but I believe I traded it many years ago. Probably because it was not a Baker cover. Agree that it is very rare.

Quite a beauty and an underrated cover! However, I still like 6 the best for obvious reasons

I completed my Wartime Romances run many years ago and I agree that 3 is the toughest of the run. I also completed Diary Secrets, Going Steady, Teen-Age Romances, Authentic Police Cases, and Cinderella Love. Those late # issues in Teen-Age Romances and Cinderella Love are super tough in grade.

I previously owned two mile high Authentic Police Cases (6 and 9). The 6 was a nice F/VF and the 9 was close to NM. Boy I wish I still had em.

Although this is a Fox Giant, I really get a kick out of this cover. Have only seen 2 copies of this over the years.
